I am enjoying the Abnett & Lanning Legion of Super-Heroes a lot more than much of the earlier runs during the reboot years but they’re still a bit lazy with introducing played out tropes like “baby of super-parents is growing up too quickly.”

And for the end of Shark Week, a cheeky Sharknado reference and me trying to animate again. This was a fun week and there's certainly more shark tropes so I might do it next year, either way definitely a very cool experience!

I think I’ve mentioned it before that my initial idea with Himiko was to build a horrible character out of fanon Shou tropes, but it just struck me that if Himiko is fanon Shou but worse, then Satsune is fanon Ritsu but worse.

(also I love Satsune’s hair, it’s so versatile)

For some reason I've been into isekai manhwas recently and my fave so far is Beware of the Villainess! The whole thing's a friggin meme but so many cute/lmfao scenes and also a callout to problematic tropes found in shoujo/reverse harem stories and I love it! I simply stan!
