as you can see, my sketches are so ugly, but its only necessary to do the basic things like main idea, shapes, value, colors ..refining and much time will fix it :D

It's really difficult with 2d shapes, especially ones that have been "squished" for stylistic effects, like your bat. I hope you don't mind - I quickly made a recreation of the drawing with how I think the light source would interact, but even this has some stylistic changes.
