There’s nothing like art to teach one humility, power in consistency, and how empty immediate gratification really feels.

Sketch and WIP recap. I start out in tones and build my light up from that. I also flip my canvas 300 thousand times to check consistency. I integrate the sketch as I go, merge all layers to one (I prefer minimal layers), do final edits and floaty glows and extra bits last.
