Toshiya Fujita's 1973 revenge thriller "Lady Snowblood" on is a tragic, bloody, & beautifully shot film. Meiko Kaji portrays Yuki brillintly. The music is great. The villains are malicious. The story is captivating. No doubt, an influential action film. A must watch.

First one is Eternal Sonata btw, a criminally underplayed and underrated RPG. Its art and OST are still one of my biggest inspirations over 10 years later.
