Started this around maybe 2/3 years ago but never finished till now. Began redoing it like 5 months ago and slowly but surely started finishing it around a week ago or so. I LOVE the result and the comparison from back then and now.

And another point as to why I don't think they're all baby Titan skulls. Here we have a clear comparison of King (a baby Titan) to (seemingly) a young adult. King's skull is significantly smaller than the other's, most likely due to him actually being a young child.
