@GarlicPaws Normally computers treat light like spraypaint. If it gets painted, it gets lit. If it doesn't, it's shadow.
Raytracing is closer to how light beams actually work. A fuck ton of lasers bouncing off things, passing through glass and stuff.

This drawing was made in FireAlpaca on a completely different tablet/computer that I was unfamiliar with. Despite this, I think it holds up, and I think the take on the prompt was a creative way to get around the software limitations. 8/10
