@TheCappuccino04 Make sure to always flip your canvas
if you ever feel bad about flipping the canvas when you do art, just remember that flipped timekeeper sprite looks absolutely god awful /hj
seriously this makes me feel so good about myself because i finally got to the point where I can flip my canvas and it looks right.

As far as I know it's actually done with flip book-like frames like cartoons were BEFORE they went digital. I still haven't seen it yet but it's on the back burner. I JUST started the 1987 TMNT two days ago. I do admire how much care they put into Netflix Cuphead to pay homage https://t.co/tQr90wZN0W
(REPOSTED IT, CAUSE I FOR TO FLIP THE DRAWING-)
Very random, i just dragged my finger here and there and boom a drawing

@tommiefkntomm I had to flip it to actually see the problem and now I can't unsee it
@Coelasquid There was a post a while back that noticed that umbreon and bunnelby had mistakes in their official art and their take from it was “even professional artists make mistakes sometimes, don’t be so hard on yourself” and not “this unnoticeable issue is pissing me off, flip your work”
@TashaWorfolk It’s a method of quality checking. Our brains don’t immediately register mistakes in artwork until we flip it. Here’s something from years before I started making it a routine thing. Still my brain sees the left as generally okay, even after all these years.
