first art fight attack of the year!! for Diphosphorus on art fight/insta :D
Why drawing a close up of my character talking, when I can just draw him talking with his hands while holding a spring rolls with chopsticks?

@tv_ratt Here ya go~ Something interesting I learned from science class... There's so many! The most favorite one would need to be how acetylcholinesterases are inhibited by organophosphorus compounds (aka nerve agents) and sometimes are able to reactivate depending upon Leaving group~

CW: ableism
The most putrid response comes from this idiot, who's so confused as to why disabled people would want to play as disabled characters, with an entire chorus of ableist agreements.
One person claims that disabled people just want to 'bitch and moan IRL and in DnD'. https://t.co/jY5piXSi6F
But moving on, I think that Horus is also a lot more child-like around Seth. He emphasises his age, and tries to have small-talk with him almost, which still involves him very subtley talking about his lack of privilege in childhood ("lack of strong foundation".)++
++Yet, when Anubis tries to reject Seth, Horus realises that he doesn't do it by just running away (as he encouraged) but in a way that directly harms Seth, which is what causes him to be so angry. Which is quite selfish in my opinion, as Anubis is ultimately trying to break++
++And even then, in these scenes, Horus is being hurt BY seth, and yet, all he can think about is how Seth is in danger. All of this shows that Seth motivates him and also brings out a lot of braveness/selflessness in him, which are very typical "godly" or "heroic" qualities.++
++We also see this same bravery in the third trial, where Horus holds up the cursed sword to try and get Seth to give up. Not only does this hurt A LOT, it's also an act that he knew could have easily gotten him killed; Horus knows VERY well how Seth loved Anubis.++
#ENNEAD spoilers + Horus analysis//
I've spoken quite a bit before about how Seth brings out various qualities in Horus before, but I want to go into more depth today. Firstly, Seth brings out bravery in Horus - it's because of Seth that he was able to overcome his fear of Ra,++
What if
speaking of which...🤔 I haven't listen to lyre and piano before. maybe that's not gonna work. or maybe for chorus? hahaha UwU

I love this art, the ears are so big and fluffy, the eye of horus is stylised in such a cool way and the shirt is something that i actually own irl.
I defs connect with this art a lot, it feels like it has my vibe.
Wonderful watercolour art by @hawberries_
but!! in s2 they're SO close together, Seth is LOOKING DIRECTLY at horus, hes touching horus, blushing because of horus. his headdress is off and face uncovered and horus is SO happy 😭😭😭 seth finally sees horus as HORUS, not osiris's son or anubis's replacement.
okay but in the s2 cover...Seth is clearly more than capable of hitting or avoiding Horus, but he's letting Horus be right IN BETWEEN his legs and letting Horus grope his thigh/hold his hand...his other limbs are clearly free so he could get away if he wanted to?
I'm literally never gonna shut up about the #ENNEAD s2 cover ever but i also want to break down WHY the body language and intimate pose and seths blush and horus's naughty hand are such a big deal because aaaaaaaaaAAAAA
