Drew this because I took one of the most important steps in my mental health, there's absolutely nothing wrong with meds and there's nothing wrong with therapy either. They help you get better because there's only one of you to love and cherish!
So sticking with the new dose for my meds. But she wants me to take them earlier to see if it combats the insomnia. Hopefully it does fix my sleep schedule. But now the struggle is waking up early enough to take them 😐
