Not quite, Tony beaten Magneto before. Not only that, he also managed to replicate Magneto power with gravity (though only for a short while).

Also Tony suit had already blocked telepaths, telekinesis & reality warpers. It'll certainly be able to block a simple blood control.

Found a random Fanmade Pokedex full of made-up Pokemon. Decided to do a number generator and this is the fake pokemon I got! Not a bad design, but the dots on the grey side are SUPER HARD to replicate, I don't have a pen that does it quite right.
