Is there anyone out there who knows a lot about how to use Freestyle Outlines in Blender? I've had this problem for years where I can't get the generated outlines to keep a consistent 1 px thickness when trying to imitate the rendering style of Pokemon from the 3DS.

fun fact... you can't undo "Reset Xform" in 3ds...

I discovered this, reverted to an older save, and literally did the exact same thing again.
