Lupin the 3rd was an adult-comedy James Bond-esque heist series from the late 70s. All the cool gadgets, stunts, etc.

I highly recommend watching "The Castle of Cagliostro" (1979). It is one of the best Lupin stories ever, and it was Hayao Miyazaki's first movie he directed!
