Further testing was canceled due to high risk concerns.

A prototype weapon featuring the soul of the target it hits will be sealed and digitized in a soul stone in the gun.
A special weapon designed to be used against high value targets.
The Limbo emits a "creepy" siren when fired.

I think there's meaning in the character design. In the beginning, TERU and IKO had opposite personalities—one outgoing, the other introverted. But the interesting result is that the introverted child made more friends while the outgoing one became stagnant
