I think I've found out a neat lil' thing going on with Take-Mikazuchi from Persona 4!
His design reminds me of those gags in cartoons where you see someone's skeleton when they get electrocuted.
The best part? He uses lightning attacks.

This has so many great looking and creative scenery shots that I wish I could easily take pictures from the bluray to show off. It's also got a lot of fun gags and an insane story. The pacing can be a bit slow at times but it makes it feel really unique.

"Oh, what's this? A collection of gags? Hmm...wonder which would look best on me~"
