In my campaign setting, hobgoblins look like Tiefling/Orcs! A much smaller array of horns(no antlers), little tiny NOT-prehensile tails, smushy noses like classic dnd hobgoblins, and TUSKS. They can still be whatever color you want tho because that’s fun.

Imps are created the same way as Demons, though they are the souls of Elves, Goblins, Orcs etc and since they appeared mysteriously on Earth they have less of a natural connection to the world, therefore they become much smaller winged Imps, though way more mischievous

A little while ago, gave me the stellar idea of yakuza kobolds opposing my mob goblins, so I ended up coming up with the Yakobolds (or maybe Yakubolds?).
