初5.1ch環境でMGS2を久しぶりにプレイしていたらこのシーンが強烈に印象付けられていた感覚が蘇ってきたんだけど、多分子供の頃から逆関節が好きだったのはメタルギアRAYの影響がかなり大きいのかもしれない。この蹄みたいな細い足からの曲線美は今見ても素晴らしい。ゴティックメードが刺さるワケだ。

MGS2 Little experiment . Trying to make some compositions based on MGS2 -fight with Olga Gurlukovich. So trying to make it from memory using half comics half illustration style. All I know in the end that I had fun with it. Also I have ideas about Fortune and Solidus..;)

MGS1の頃の新川さんのイラストは骨格のようにソリッドは赤の、リキッドは青の線が描かれていました。
この特徴ある骨格の線はMGS2以降には引き継がれなかったのですが先のオタコンのイラストにはラインがあったのでMGS1制作中に描かれたイラストだと認識しています
