I still want a Metal Gear game where I can play the whole things as specifically MGS2's Tuxedo Snake.

MGS4 got pretty close with letting you use the "Suit" and "Young" faces together, but it's just not as ridiculous looking.

今回の配信一時停止の対象はMGS2と3だったんですが、MGS1も実写映像を使っているのに2008年配信のゲームアーカイブス版や去年配信されたGOG版はこれまで配信停止になっていないですよね。

MGS1は更新時の作業がスムーズに進んでいたのか、映像の使用権利をMGS2＆3より長く取っていたのでしょうか。

初5.1ch環境でMGS2を久しぶりにプレイしていたらこのシーンが強烈に印象付けられていた感覚が蘇ってきたんだけど、多分子供の頃から逆関節が好きだったのはメタルギアRAYの影響がかなり大きいのかもしれない。この蹄みたいな細い足からの曲線美は今見ても素晴らしい。ゴティックメードが刺さるワケだ。

In Nojima's novel, MGS2 Substance II, published in 2015, when Raiden receives the blade from Snake, it is described as if he is holding a sword in his hand for the first time.
And Raiden has a feeling in his mind that this weapon will become a symbolic weapon for him (4 and R).

MGS1の頃の新川さんのイラストは骨格のようにソリッドは赤の、リキッドは青の線が描かれていました。
この特徴ある骨格の線はMGS2以降には引き継がれなかったのですが先のオタコンのイラストにはラインがあったのでMGS1制作中に描かれたイラストだと認識しています
