That's... hard to say!!! There are some that come to mind but the boring answer is probably Kohaku from Tsukihime, as it's the climactic route. I also love Hisui's route and the two kind of tie together for me.

I like it even more than Fate Stay Night, the better-known Type-Moon title. I just honestly love Tsukihime and I think its writing and mood is out of the fucking park.
