Willpower reduction is brutal in this story, I ended having like 2 or 3 by the time I ended up having to decide whether to be lethal against the thugs or not.

Decided to make my own design for Hat Adult. Taking an idea from , she simply goes by "The Hat". She's like the local vigilante who beats up the thugs bullying the old bar tender or something :P
