Gotta be honest, don't know why the D&D 3e artists tried to make the Lady of Pain more sexy. She's a fuckin cosmic being who's powers rival the Gods, she doesn't have to be attractive. That'd be like if Lovecraft decided to give Azathoth a six pack and a Great Old dick and balls.
