Tried something slightly different with the orb glow instead of just dumping 50 additive blend layers, which I think works better for transparent backgrounds.
(I think my brain is still slightly fried from that Halloween drawing-)

Next Inktober I will neither shade nor draw backgrounds.

Going that hard for free is just absurd.

But I am glad I put in the extra effort and created new characters in the process

It's crazy to think that 5-6 years ago I disliked drawing or painting backgrounds. Today I find so much joy illustrating all the details! If you ever doubt yourself DON'T GIVE UP. Keep practicing.

Spooky Season is upon us!

Wanted to draw my mascot as a mummy for the spooky season. Kinda got inspired by Under Wraps (if anybody remembers that film). Was also watching OK KO: Let's Be Heroes and got inspired by one of the backgrounds.
