Sorry if the words are hard to see but according to the color of the sky, I'm guessing it's either dawn or dusk and so the sun would be coming from the bottom :) so the shadow would be at the top but if the sun was behind the clouds, the shadow would be most of the cloud.

Tried to play with adding lower opacity layers on top of the cloud. It can look dirty pretty fast but I sort of like the look!
