I LOVE renaissance art. The exaggerated emotions, the dramatic poses, the yellow tint from oil. It just feels so alive. I've been trying to emulate this aesthetic in my art recently. The palette is a huge shift from my mostly cool toned work.

Oh yes, absolutely, some of the drawing styles align pretty well with 19 Days, or I can just emulate the style when redrawing their faces and make it fit ^^

In the 3D cartoon (90s) Diddy and Dixie did not have eyelids, it was their pupils that emulated that movement, something common in cartoons of that time and that comes from much older cartoons. The truth is a resource that seems fun to me, but I never use it when drawing them
