I try to draw ear nubbins on most reptile shaped characters but I always get told to remove them. 😭
My Fursuit and my Sona a big must have are his ears.

If by "fursuit friendly" you mean a design that could feasibly be turned into a suit, I think Martini counts!
Also, a coding/digital themed canine, though it's a bit more complex, and an elephant which is a bit of a more simplistic design, but still could be harder to do.
