Yes I do think he's bland to SOME EXTENT, but no I don't think he's the worst character ever written.

Even if the quality of his dreams giving moral support for others or his resolve is a bit generic, it's a guilty pleasure of mine for Characters to be that way.

I kept Balliewog's design practically the same, just used a more muted color palette and removed the scar on it's forehead - And that's kind of the point, to make him more generic frog like so he evolves into more badass.
