If I had a nickel for every time there was an RPG who's actual final boss was a jester who at first seemed to be a secondary henchman for the person who seemed like they'd be the main antagonist, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's odd that it happened twice.

The “it’s a kid show” argument doesn’t hold up. A lot of kid’s shows use fat characters as a gag or have a fat villain.

the show could’ve used henchman’s weight as a joke, but they didn’t because they have other ways to make the show funny that aren’t fatphobic.
