I haven't posted in a quite a while due to art block but I've been working on a remake of something. I've improved my art/anatomy but honestly, due to how soon, I feel inconsistent. It can be a bit tough as a perfectionist but I swear I won't redo this sketch again😅😆

@SkywardArt made this original art of my OC, it is crazy good and he is extremely patient. I know that because my perfectionist ass made his life impossible for an entire week and yet it came out awesome. Also, small price for a great work, give him the chance (Edit by me).

@RatherMalicious Exactly. For example: My favorite character is Superman, but I am never satisfied with how I draw him. I'm a perfectionist and I know my work won't ever properly do him justice like Jim Lee or Ivan Reis could.
Some ADHDers, like me, end up being perfectionists as a way to cope with our symptoms. But sometimes the anxiety of making mistakes becomes so big we can stop doing things, even if we love it, just because the fear. I think whoever said to never half ass things didn't know NDs
Happier days for my Elden Ring prisoner when he was a royal tutor...I'm actually really embarrassed about my sketching style and find it hard to post a lot of my personal doodles because I'm kind of a perfectionist but I'll force myself bc I want to get better/faster this year
