Payback is so fcking good. I’ve only tried to read it because of its beautiful art style but dAMN, the characters, the PLOT, the pacing, I love it. They don’t focus on s*x, but on unraveling the story little by little. I just love that every update made me want more 😭♥️

Silk (Kim, Herring) this had a lot of things I love - especially super heroes trying to be normal. And, of course, failing. A bit of a bridge book in terms of the main plot, but it didn’t feel that way give. The character work. And Luna Snow too!

The gameplay is hell. Its buggy and annoying. The rng system is horrible. it was not fun to play as a game.

BUT AS A STORY, its absolutely incredible; its heartfelt, and funny, and feels very bittersweet. Great characters, plot, and designs. Very interesting.

For me, Demon Slayer is just really good popcorn entertainment.
it doesn’t need a particularly interesting plot, we learnt everything we needed to know in S1, now the story is mainly about defeating the upper moons, fighting with the Pillars and getting the goodies for Tamayo.
