Jade Cocoon 2 was amazing!
It was overshadowed by FFX unfortunately but I enjoyed it equally as much back then for its great combat and funny, plucky writing and.. it had one of the best sidekicks ever, Nico!

I'd have preferred it if they did it how the Mario games did it; Plucky, Dizzy or Furball acting as a hit point before switching back to Buster. Or better still, like the Sonic games, with the heart acting like the shield, then the second character acting like the rings. (8/?)
