Both of these characters are birds and they're both named José. The main difference is how you pronounce their names though. One is Brazilian and the other is Mexican. So that's why I'm a stickler for pronunciation when it comes to these two.

珍珠 (zhen1 zhu1) means “pearl”, and 猪 (zhu1) meaning “pig” also has the same pronunciation as the second character. on its own the first character 珍 means “precious; rare” so you can read it as “precious pig” 🥺
