Did the thing where you use a layer to turn the piece greyscale so you can only see the values and then pick colours at random. Painted all on one layer. I think he came out pretty neat!

I honestly don't like the hair too much

I think it just lacks an overall shape like most dragon ball hair and just always looks off to me lol. Spikes just look too random.
All of his other hairstyles always follow a general shape
