This first scene is pretty dark, so for the redraw I tried to push the glows a bit more to make everything more readable, as well as adding a colored border to the telepathy bubbles so they didn't blend into the background so much.

Redesigning the lancer squad layout. Diamonds, while *rad as heck*, do not stack nicely in a rectangular context & cause a lot of wasted space.
The new one fits more information in a smaller space and the status text is way more readable + handles overflow better.
