sometimes I'll "reconstruct" some of the vectors from anime screencaps to add in missing cropped out body parts to form a complete vector like the Usagi and Minato one. This is only possible if there is an easy way to reconstruct any missing limb with another.

I keep using zambot 3 for reaction images, and these are just two out of like ten screencaps

Based off these Evangelion screencaps!! used the bg of the 2nd one to make it seem like it was actually in the anime :)

While I read the manga and haven't properly watched the anime, the Sailor Moon anime has a lot of great screencaps that are great to redraw, the designs are cute, the fashion is iconic and the backgrounds are great, I love them a lot.
