(3/5) I digitally cut & reassembled sections from the painting & experimented with several versions & color schemes. The first version (pictured) was interesting to me, but it lacked the narrative I was trying to achieve. I kept iterating until I arrived at the final composition.

The Hair is currently split up between 4 individual sections: Bangs, Top Hair, Back Hair and Side hair.

These are just a small pool of examples. Each section will (hopefully in the end) be interchangeable / removeable! :D

I played that game on Game Start 2018 in one of those retro game sections. So good. Also, Black Knight! Even though she's not wearing black anymore. She's great! ^_^

First impressions are arriving from an advance screening at SDCC and they are positive.

Apparently the movie is suspense heavy, makes the most of its setting and has large sections that are without dialogue.

Sounds like my cup of tea.

At this point, I usually cut the image into sections and rerun it through DD for more detail, then stitch the sections back together in PS. However, I was feeling a little silly and I decided to run it through FaceApp. I gave her glasses and a dewy glow. 😂 8/?

So I decided the best solution would be to plot out the entire map in detail ahead of rendering the sections. I just took screenshots of the different areas in the map viewer and figured out how I could slot them all together in ways that made sense and were accurate-ish to game.
