Originally given only to the upper classes, from the Taishō period the shrine began to gift them to the public.

My second fave is my MHA Oc, Alita! Her initial design was to be a student in UA but I changed her later on to be a Pro Hero since it suited more! (First is done by bakawomans on Instagram, sketch done by me and final commission of young Alita by Setsubunsai)
