I like how this page turned out but I’m only going to show you this one panel. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make the kaiju blood green but I accidentally painted the splatters on the same layer as the rest of the flats, so green it is.

Thanks, the vast majority of it is digital! Very occasionally, I change it up and do watercolor, but that's pretty distinct in it's appearance, tends to look something like this. If it doesn't have paint splatters and messy outside the line paint strokes, it's all the same medium

I got trapped in a cycle of terrible odd jobs just to pay my bills. In my spare time, I wrote stories and made art from leftover supplies and scraps I thought made interesting canvases. It was a very experimental phase, but angry splatters were kind of cathartic.

My trick for adding stars to a painting: use a toothbrush with white paint and “flick” the stars onto the paper. Just make sure to mask any areas you don’t want splatters on. You can see my fancy masking job using tape and paper towels. Lol!
