今後のこどものテレビ、ゲーム、スマホについて考える上でとても参考になった。
テレビ見てるだけで脳の血流が悪くなるなんておもしろいなあ。
ゲームで二次性ASD、ADHD様の症状が出るのも知らなかった。
こういった知識を共有した上で、本人とルールを決めていきたい。
