they're fine on pc and mobile, not sure about on other consoles. that's how hands look without colors. they probably did something wrong on console ports.

9 years ago today, The King of Fighters XIII Climax initially released at arcades at JP. It is an updated version of KOF13 that includes the characters introduced on the console ports as well as adding new revisions. It was developed by SNK Playmore and published by Taito.
