To me the character is eternal. This can also come into play with the character's origin. Her name "Wisp" was because her original design was as a fairy-like character named Wisp. She and the Colorkids went through many changes as they developed.

So... Listened to "Prometheus" by Rameses B and had a vision of that rough scene concept. Then I sketched out the weapon concept and gave it a name. Then I spent time sketching out the character and giving her a name and a place of origin.
