I don’t know about brushes specific for that! But I use the airspray brush (the one that’s kind of fuzzy and splattery) in a lighter color on an add/overlay layer and that gives a good sparkle effect! I add more layers+colors over to do like highlights for the more sparkly parts

What happened with the latest update ? My drawing was completely ruined when I opened it. The undo button wouldn't reverse the error.

Honestly, I think my character drawing has improved so much this year, so my favourite pieces are NPCs I've drawn from my homebrew campaign ❤️
