Some writers keep forgetting that the Punisher is really good at hand to hand combat. Not as good as Daredevil, Iron Fist or Shang-Chi but the gap shouldn't be that huge.

The main character Cordelia can collect a variety of meele weapons. And early in the story her arm gets infected, which allows her to gain powerful mutations that can be used for utility or combat. These mutations require siren blood to be used, basically the mana of this game.
