Recently watched Nadesico Prince of Darkness.

... well, it's not bad, but it's also not too good. While I do commend that the animation is an improvement over the original and comedy and grittiness are well-balanced, the major issue that I have with it is the story.

Yes ! Have you ever seen them far away from the city, in utter darkness. So clearly you can make out the entire milkyway. It's certainly one of my favorite things. Made me feel very small and without worries.
