I'm on a binge now so I doodled again! While the base lines are black, by adding a flat color on top of the lines and set to lighten (blue) and another to softlight 50%(red), It can give it a cool combination of colors that will give sketch some flavor! #digitalart #characterart

The way I apply shadow to a flat color drawing is
picking a dark greyish purple, applying it with a solid brush on an overlay layer (layer opacity adjusted as necessary)
Now the gradient, I've done two ways, which do you prefer?
