This is one of the more well known unused things in DBFZ, but there's a SSJ Vegito model in the files labelled VTS.
There's also SSJ Kid Trunks and Base DBS Broly to name a few.
These ofc can be put back into the game, but it's fun thinking about what they could've be used for.
