In order to compete with manga, major comic book companies try to use more cartoonish artwork. The problem was never the art to begin with. American comics art is superior. Manga is beating mainstream comics due to superior storytelling and world-building consistency.

Wow, was absolutely incredible to play! I was completely hooked on the deep storytelling and creative click mechanics. Just shows not only AAA games have a seat at the table.
