This discrepancy could be attributed to CRK’s artstyle changing over time. However, it is likely an intentional choice as his proportions make up the bulk of his design. He would look bizarre with the proportions of recent pencil thin cookies that were added to the game.

It was time to make a character and size file on my TMNT AU. I had doubts at the last minute about making Leo stay with Yoshi or Shredder, I have to think about it because it would change everything...But now I will focus on concept art and character design.

A good example comes from Simon Belmont. In Castlevania Chronicles, Kojima gave Simon a very drastic redesign. Giving him a very feminine facial structure, red hair, and fur/leather attire. Most people tend not to like this design since it doesn’t fit the “macho” nature of Simon.

This is a ToolAssistedMeme. Would I have been able to do it myself? Yes, probably. But was it easier and took it even less effort? Yes.

The less effort, the more sucess. Peeps are lazy af. It's a sign.
