based on the smooth movement the anim its going to be difficult. I think I'm propably done with the blocking process...next up will be cleaning everything up via grapheditor (I tried working with it for my last few animations so I think I'm getting a hang of it)

Have you tried the Shading Assist feature in Clip Studio Paint Ver. 2.0? Set your line art as a reference layer and turn on “Refer to lines on reference layer” from the Shading Assist dialog for best results.
