13. Silver, easily. I like the arc he goes through, and while we don't need future rivals to hit his level I would like to actually feel a LITTLE antagonism towards my rival.
That said, Silver's team is weird. Too much Gen 1 not enough Gen 2 (though that tracks, doesn't it?)
