Beta Natu:

In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Natu was brown and evolved into Xatu via Heart Stone. But that item got scrapped, so in G&S's release version Natu evolved at level 25.

@ShinyEevee My first fursona was a cat named Kat, I had them from 2010-2013, after that I switched to Artie who is some weird immortal "fox" spirit.

commercials tend to do the recreation/parody of something, not the other way around.
