I've hit 1-year mark of my daily workout journey this weekend.

I couldn't do even 30 sit-ups. Now I do 150 every day.

At a point I was at 91kg, now I'm at 74kg. (Def best shape in my life)

My anxiety is more manageable.

I eat much healthier.

I joined the Faery Workout on Schoolism where provides sketches of her creatures for us to color.
