Went ahead and changed a couple things about Lauras design. Most notable is probably just exaggerating all her facial features, lightening her fur color a good bit, and adding knee-high chucks.
Also her lab coat is now black to show that she does fucked up and evil science.

Where I’m at currently:
- Added mane and tail as separate objects
- Thickened up the front legs
- Fixed up some rogue geometry

Need to:
-Readjust height on legs (front legs look too tall now)
- Add feathers
-Refine facial features
-Adjust chest anatomy and front leg attachments

decided to redraw icons from the sonic.exe mod. Lotta these are very heavily insipired from @d4niztic's work. The facial expressions they used were too good to not use.

part 2/2 the last part is 100% a thing that helped me personally, its not a rule and i know great artists that draw the head first. if you find you struggle a lot with placing facial features on the head though/find you edit the mouth/eyes multiple times this process might help
